Restaurants

We can offer you two different restaurants. Design and panoramic restaurant with amazing view of mountain ridges in Erlebachova bouda or Giant Mountains restaurant in Josefova bouda. All restaurants are open not only for hotel guests but also for all mountain pilgrims and travelers. We focus on Czech and international cuisine.

In winter we offer accommodation with half board buffet. Dinner includes 2 starters, 2 soups, 4 main courses, 4 side dishes, 3 salads and 2 desserts. There is also an à la carte restaurant all day. In summer we offer bed and breakfast accommodation. Lunch and dinner are available from the à la carte menu. Summer is marked by grilled specialties and fresh salads.

We strive to focus on regional, fresh ingredients. For example, we take trout directly from the ponds in Horní Sytová near Jilemnice and Angus and regional cheeses from the farm in Trutnov.
